Delivery Information

Delivery time period :

All orders obtained via the Sial Industries website are handled and, if available, dispatched within four working days of receiving order. Therefore, your ordered goods will have to go through a manufacturing phase, which can take 1-4 weeks depending on the amount of products and quantity.

Lost packages :

In particularly unique occasions we suffer losses while in transit. Please allow 10 days from the date of dispatch for the shipment to arrive. If this time period has passed and the goods have not arrived, please contact the nearest relevant courier office to ensure that no goods are being kept. If, for whatever reason, the shipment is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. 

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 3 weeks, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Sial Industries.

Track an order :

For all your orders simply retrieve your tracking number from your account and then visit the relevant Courier Website and track the order using their functionality.
