Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) :

MOQ requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments our MOQ is 1(One) instruments whereas for special items we decide on a case to case basis

Guarantee period :

SIAL provide you the guarantee of 1 year that is applicable on all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing related defect.

Shipping time for products available in stock :

Shipping Time for products available in stock will be 4-8 business days.

Shipping time for products not available in stock :

Shipping Time for products not available in stock is roughly 20-30 days depending upon order size and the nature of instruments. When our client becomes a regular and we begin to stock customer-specific inventory at our warehouse, then shipping time is greatly shortened.

The delivery time period :

The delivery time is no longer than 10 days, depending on the area of delivery. Since we use the world’s leading courier, “DHL,” the typical delivery time is 6 working days.

International customs, duties & taxes :

When receiving packages, international buyers are responsible for their country’s taxation and duties. We are NOT responsible for any overseas customs payments. Furthermore, we are NOT liable for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s region.

Import license :

Those countries who need import license from importer, Customer will arrange the import license before order. Countries Details: Brazil, Russia, Mexico etc.

Handling Fee $10.00 will be charged for orders with value less than $200 per order.

Payment Terms :

Payment of any order should be in advance.
